Mary Catherine Goins

Mary Catherine Goins, age 48, of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, passed away on December 14, 2024. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the beloved daughter of Daniel and Martha (Flanary) Hardy and the devoted wife of Michael Goins for over 25 years.

Mary spent much of her life in Harford County, Maryland, before moving to North Wilkesboro, NC, with her husband and children in 2019. Known for her sense of humor and kind spirit, Mary found joy in watching cooking shows—despite her reluctance to cook—and loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed playing Candy Crush and finding simple pleasures in everyday life.

Mary will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her husband Mary is survived by her daughters, Emily Goins, and Maddie Goins; sons, Michael Goins, and Ethan Goins; brothers, Delmas Hardy, Daniel Hardy and sister, Jessica Gooden.
