Marilyn Watson Holloway, age 81, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully at her home in Bel Air on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. She was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, to the late Roy Lebert Watson and Sophia Maria (Donitzen) Watson.

Marilyn was the beloved wife of Gary Holloway, with whom she shared more than 60 years of marriage, and a lifetime devoted to family.

Marilyn cherished spending time at the family cabin on Broad Creek along the Susquehanna River, a place that remained close to her heart throughout her life. As she raised her own family, she shared that same love of the cabin with her children and created many special memories there.

She also enjoyed traveling with her family while raising her children and visiting Hawaii multiple times was a highlight of those years. During her and Gary’s retirement years, Marilyn loved living in Florida and enjoyed the warmth and relaxed pace of life. In those later years, she found her greatest joy in spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving children, Kevin Holloway; Brian Holloway and his wife, Laurie; and Kimberly Foster and her husband, Chris. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Elizabeth Foster, Emily Foster, and Jaxson Holloway. In addition, she is survived by her brothers, Jerry Watson and Ron Watson. She was preceded in death by her brother, Roy Lebert Watson, Jr

Marilyn will be remembered for her deep love of family, her gentle spirit, and the many treasured memories she created with those she loved.
