Mark Wayne Parson Sr.

Mark Wayne Parson Sr., age 54, of Abingdon, MD, died on March 21, 2010 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Kenneth Woodrow and Marie Matilda Willis Parson. A member of the United Steel Workers Union, he was an outdoorsman and an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved football, especially the Ravens, and enjoyed cooking, and gardening. He also loved spending time with his family.

Mr. Parson is survived by his wife, Linda Lou Parson of Abingdon, MD; sons, Mark W. Parson Jr. and wife, Christal, of Baltimore, MD, Jonathan W. Parson of FL, and William M. Adey and wife, Wendy, of Bel Air, MD; brothers, Kenneth and Eugene Parson; sisters, Yvonne Cole, Evette Schackert, and Carmen Parson; and granddaughters, Samantha, Alexandra, and Lindsey.
