Marie Theresa Shay

Marie Theresa Shay, age 90, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully in her home on July 30, 2022 in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Wilmington, Delaware, she was the daughter of Albert and Rose (Penna) Ruggerio, and devoted wife of the late John Shay.

Marie and John settled in Bel Air, Maryland, in 1975 with her children Rosemarie and Al, and resided in West Riding ever since.  She was a member of St. Margaret's Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, watching the birds on her backyard bird feeders, but mostly visiting with her children and grandchildren.     

Marie is survived by her son, Al Shay, his wife Lisa, and their children Jessica, Alexis and Jonathan Shay; and daughter Rosemarie Bradley, her husband Harry, and their children Andrew and Daniel Bradley.
