Mount Wolf, Pennsylvania - Margaret "Peg" Johnson, age 84, passed away on January 4, 2024, at WellSpan York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. She was born in Delta, Pennsylvania, to the late Raymond and Netta (MacTaggert) Cantler and was the beloved wife of the late Carl Johnson.

Margaret was a devoted and active member of Church of the Nazarene. Her lively spirit and love for life were evident in her passion for singing, dancing, and reading. She had a special fondness for the music of Elvis Presley, which brought her much joy.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Beverly Hildwein and her husband Gary Hildwein, and Peggy Jo Thomas and her partner Joseph Zielinski; cherished grandchildren, Sara Hildwein and Lauren Foster and her husband Stephen Foster; and her sister, Isabelle Colby.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer Memorial Fund at The Johns Hopkins University, Attn: Elaine Delman-Neuropathology, 720 Rutland Avenue, Ross 558, Baltimore, MD 21205.
