On Wednesday, Louise Smithson Dulaney of Bel Air, Maryland passed away. wife of the late George Kennedy Dulaney; daughter of the late William Preston Smithson; Mary Susanna Nelson Smithson. Mother of Christie L. Dulaney of Bel Air, Maryland; and Michael K. Dulaney of Penrose, Colorado. Agraveside service will be held Wednesday July 13, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the St. Georges Episcopal Church Cemetery Perryman Road, Perryman, Maryland 21130. In lieu of flowers:
