Lisa Lynn Peffers

Forest Hill, Maryland - Lisa Lynn Peffers, age 58, of Forest Hill, Maryland, passed away on December 12, 2023, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, she was the beloved daughter of Laura and William Dobbs and the late James Crowl, Sr. Lisa was the devoted wife of Lawrence Peffers for 25 years.

Lisa dedicated 25 years of her life to public service, working in the Claims Management Division of Baltimore County. A 1983 graduate of C. Milton Wright High School, Lisa was known for her dedication to her community.

Her compassionate nature extended beyond the workplace, as Lisa held a certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), embodying her commitment to helping others in times of need.

Lisa's greatest joy in life was her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, and cherished moments. She is survived by her husband Lawrence Peffers, sons Christopher (Laura) Sturgill and Justin Peffers, and adored granddaughter Scarlett Sturgill. Lisa's brother, James C. Crowl, Jr., and mother-in-law, Janet Peffers, sister-in-law Teresa Searles, also mourn her passing, along with extended family and friends.

Lisa's love for family was evident in every aspect of her life. She cherished spending time with her granddaughter, Scarlett, and created lasting memories with them. Lisa's passion for camping and beach outings reflected her love for the simple joys of life.
