Lisa Ann Kelly, age 64, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 21, 2025, in Bel Air. Born in Baltimore, MD, Lisa was the beloved daughter of the late John Joseph Richmond and Patricia Ann (Moyer) Richmond.

Lisa was the devoted wife of the late David Gerald Kelly. Together, they built a beautiful life centered on love, laughter, and family.

She is survived by her cherished daughter, Ruby McKeldin, and her husband Brian; her loving sister, Cindy Lykens, and her husband David; and her devoted brothers, John Richmond and his wife Linda, and David Richmond and his wife Gail.

Lisa will be remembered for her fun-loving spirit and deep love for her family. She was an amazing mother who adored spending time with loved ones, especially during beach vacations and family gatherings. Lisa enjoyed watching the Orioles. Lisa had a passion for shopping and getting her nails done, always taking time to enjoy the little joys in life. She also shared a special bond with her beloved dog, Winnie.
