LESTER H. FEINBERG, age 55, of Bel Air died in Franklin Square Hospital on May 24, 2004. Born in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late Morton Ellis and Edith W. Weber Feinberg. He worked as an attorney in Bel Air.
Mr. Feinberg is survived by two sons, Matthew I. Feinberg of College Park; Michael A. Feinberg of Bel Air; and one sister, Robin L. Feinberg of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
