LEO STULTZ BACHMAN, age 80, of Jarrettsville, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on July 28, 2003. Born in Fallston, he was the son of the late Charles William and Agnes Rachel Roach Bachman. He retired from his job as a truck driver for Genstar Stone Products. He was a past Third Degree Knights of Columbus and a member of the American Legion Post 39. He enjoyed relaxing in his cabin in western Maryland. He served his country in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Bachman is survived by his wife Elva Rose Cheek Bachman, whom he married in 1971; one brother, George Bachman of Overlea; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one brother and four sisters.
