Kenneth N. Dew, age 84, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Norris Gibson Dew and Elizabeth Marie (Meyers) Kendall.
Kenneth was the beloved husband of June A. (Kellerman) Dew, with whom he shared 64 wonderful years of marriage. They were inseparable since the day they met and were proud of the life and family they created together. Kenneth was a devoted family man who found his greatest joy in spending time with his loved ones, especially during annual trips to Ocean City, Maryland. He cherished supporting his grandchildren in all their sports and activities. He was a lover of great food, especially crab feasts with his family. Kenneth was known for keeping meticulous records, as well as his unique collection of pens and pencils. He also enjoyed dancing and taking long drives with his loving wife June.
A true people person, Kenneth had a wonderful sense of humor, was a natural comedian, and seemed to know everyone. He loved people watching and took great pride in his family, often expressing how lucky he was to have such a supportive and loving family.
Kenneth was a 1960 graduate of Southern High School. He was a dedicated employee of General Motors on Broening Highway for 38 years, where he worked as a supervisor of labor relations.
Kenneth is survived by his loving wife, June A. Dew; his daughters, Karen A. (Thomas) McDonough, Lorie J. (Charles) Masters, and Donna I. (Ronald) Walker; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Masters, Kristen Masters, Eric McDonough, Christina McDonough (Steven) Holten, Taylor Walker, Elaina McDonough, Victoria Walker; and his sister, Norretta Geller. He will also be fondly remembered by his great grand-pets, who loved him dearly.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Lawrence Kendall, Jr., and his stepfather, Lawrence Kendall, Sr.
He will be deeply missed and always remembered by all who knew and loved him.
