Kathy L. Ditzenberger

Kathy L. Ditzenberger, Age 74, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025, in Bel Air, MD.

Born in Havre De Grace, MD, Kathy was the daughter of the late Mervin Stanley Zellman and the late Myrtle Mae (Vipperman) Zellman. She was the beloved wife of the late Larry Elliott Ditzenberger.

Kathy was a graduate of Bel Air High School and worked as a hairdresser for many years, often cutting the hair of her beloved family members. More recently, she worked at Wetzel & Associates in Bel Air, where she was employed for many years. Kathy enjoyed spending time with her family and cherished visits to the beach—especially Lewes and Rehoboth. She loved shopping, sewing, and reading the newspaper. Scenic drives and family vacations brought her much joy. She was also a dedicated fan of the Baltimore Orioles and the Baltimore Ravens.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Elliott Ditzenberger; her parents, Mervin and Myrtle Zellman; and her brother, Roger Zellman.

Kathy is survived by her daughter, Larami Stephan; her son, Lance Ditzenberger and his wife Maritza; her grandchildren, Ty Stephan and Cole Stephan; and her sister, Bonnie Plummer.
