Julia Elizabeth Scruggs

Julia Elizabeth Scruggs, age 53, of Aberdeen, Maryland passed away on October 5, 2019 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Laura (Mullinax) Scruggs. She was a member of The ARC Northern Chesapeake for many years and liked to dance, make jewelry and do crafts.

Julia is survived by her sister, Susan M. Whitenack of Abingdon; brothers, Thomas E. Scruggs, Jr. of Shreveport, LA and Larry E. Scruggs of Gaffney, SC.
