Judy Lloyd, age 82, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away on April 24, 2024, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the cherished daughter of the late Frederick and Elizabeth (Burgan) Deckelman.

Judy dedicated 30 years of her life as the general manager for Friendly's in the Harford Mall, leaving an indelible mark on both her colleagues and patrons. Her passion for hospitality extended beyond Friendly's, as she also lent her talents to various other restaurants in the Bel Air area throughout her career.

Judy is survived by her life mate and companion, Roy Warren Lloyd, Jr., her daughter Marcia Perry and husband Michael, her sons John Klein III and Brian Klein, her brother George Deckelman, and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She cherished her family above all else and leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, and dedication.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her sisters Freda Fahey, Joan Rita Eader, and Elizabeth Brooks.
