Judith G. Morkovsky

Judith Gale Morkovsky, age 80, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on May 15, 2023 at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Boissevain, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Edward Harvey Grose and Edith Mae (French) Dayton and the loving wife of the late William L. Morkovsky. 

     
Judith is survived by 5 children that she tolerated 😊, Johnny Grose, Robin and her husband Jeff Soth, Kim Morkovsky, Kelly and her husband Jim Dodaro and Judi and her husband Kevin Shetterly; 16 grandchildren whom she loved and cherished dearly, Annie, Chelsea, Mary, Krissy, Stephanie, Willie, Philip, Cecilia, Perry, Kelsey, Ariel, Samantha, Ryan, Julie, Chad and Rachel; 14 great-grandchildren whom she absolutely loved, adored and cherished, Bethany, Daniel, Emma, Alex, Aurora, Anthony, Jasmine, Tyler, Alexis, Sabastian, Cameron, Evelyn, Walter and Alainna; her sister, Beverly Grose; and brothers, Jimmy Grose and Tommy Grose.
 
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Joe Grose, David Grose and Danny Grose.

She enjoyed a long and happy retirement on her farm where she spent numerous hours gardening, woodworking, sewing, painting, crocheting, teaching and chauffeuring grandchildren and great grandchildren to and from the bus stop and just some plain ol’ porch sitting with her family and dogs.  Speaking of dogs, she rescued and cared for more dogs too numerous to count, and in a few of those rescued moments she had to return them to their rightful owner. She was a strong, beautiful, kind, caring, and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved and gave unconditionally.
