On March 30, 2010 Joyce Joan McNeilly of Bel Air, Maryland. Wife of John H. McNeilly, mother of Rhonda Brunicke, and Sandra Koehler, and 4 grandchildren. Visitation will be from the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Md. On Saturday April 3, 2010 from 2-4 PM. The service will from the funeral home at 4 PM on Saturday. For those who desire contributions can be made to the The Humane Society of Harford County. 2208 Connolly Road, Fallston, Maryland 21047
