Josephine Grecco Amedoro

Josephine Grecco Amedoro, age 98, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on November 26, 2022 at her home. Born in Baltimore City, Maryland, she was the daughter of Raphel and Rose (LaVenghetti) Grecco and wife of the late Nunzio Amedoro. Josephine retired in 1982 from the Social Security Administration working as a Claims Adjuster for about 30 years. Her biggest joy was being around her family and she was blessed to have them all around her for Thanksgiving. She was happy when they all came to visit her. Over the years, Josephine enjoyed traveling all over the United States and Europe with her husband and friends. She is a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Hickory, MD.

Josephine is survived by daughters, Linda (Tom) Vasilios and Joy (Paul) Greene; stepsons, Gerard Amedoro and Dennis (Charlene) Amedoro; grandchildren, Kimberly Lundy, Victor Dufour, Sarah Amedoro, and Angelo Amedoro; great-grandchildren, Joseph Iturralde, V and Gregory McDonald; great-great-grandchildren, Genevieve Iturralde, Joseph Iturralde VI, Madison McDonald, and Miranda McDonald. Also survived by many loving nieces and a nephew.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Rossi and Grace Powichroski.
