Joseph Michael Geiger

Joseph Michael Geiger, age 71, of Edgewood, Maryland passed away on November 28, 2020 at his home. Born in Jeanette, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Timothy Francis and Helen (Robinson) Geiger. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines where he served his country in the Vietnam War. A pipefitter for most of his life, he enjoyed camping and had a great love for trains. He also enjoyed working on racing cars with his son and traveling to drag strips.

Joseph is survived by his wife, whom he married in 1974, Linda Welling- Geiger; daughter, Jaime Leigh Geiger; son, Joseph Michael Geiger, II; grandchildren, Caleb Joseph Shade, Caitlyn Joleigh Shade, and Nathaniel Rayce Geiger; and sister, Helene Geiger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jodie Lynn Geiger; and 14 siblings.
