Joseph Henry Bandzwolek, age 79, of Fallston, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Joseph was the beloved son of the late Andrew James Bandzwolek and Miriam (Mason) Bandzwolek.
Joseph proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose greatest joy in life was his family. He shared 56 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Bonnie Ann “Bunt” Bandzwolek.
A man of many interests and talents, Joseph was an enthusiastic model railroad hobbyist and belonged to several model train clubs throughout the years. He took great pride in maintaining and landscaping his home and enjoyed spending time outdoors working in his yard. Joseph was also a dedicated supporter of his daughters’ activities, spending countless hours coaching and cheering them on at softball, tennis, field hockey, and basketball games. His encouragement, guidance, and unwavering support created lasting memories for his family.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie Bandzwolek; his daughters, Stephanie Galczynski and her husband, Francis, Jessica Bandzwolek and her partner, Reginald, and Amanda Bandzwolek; his cherished grandchildren, Vin Galczynski, Jase Galczynski, Alix Gilbert, Zen Gilbert, and Charly Jo Patrick; his brother, Andrew Bandzwolek and his wife Jan; his sister, Denise Gulino; and his sister Cindy Cousar and her husband, Martinez Cousar.

EVERYONE is invited to a Celebration of Life immediately following services at 5pm at MaGerks Restaurant of Belair 120 S Bond St Bel Air, MD 21014.
