John "Jim" Gibbons

John "Jim" Gibbons, age 63, of Edgewood, MD, passed away on February 4, 2014 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Windsor, Canada, he was the son of the late Thomas and Anne Elizabeth Ryan Gibbons. A 1970 graduate of Edgewood High School, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a past member of the American Legion in Edgewood. He owned and operated Yacht Carpentry Fiberglass which he operated for 40 years restoring wood, fiberglass and antique boats. He was a past member of Bush River Yacht Club, and an avid boater, fisherman and gardener who loved his pets.

Mr. Gibbons is survived by his wife of 19 years, Deborah L. Bullock Gibbons. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother.
