On Monday, July 22, 2013, John Henry McNeilly of Bel Air, Maryland. Husband of the late Joyce (nee Tarbox) McNeilly, father of Rhonda McNeilly Brunicke and husband Mike, and Sandra McNeilly Koehler and husband Chuck; grandfather of Joshua, Brenden, Shannon and Jason. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Friday, July 26, 2013 at the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084. Memorial Service will be at 11:00 AM from the funeral home. In lieu of flowers:
