Words from Damekia Mack
Oh “Johnny Boy” is what I would always say, when I walk in the house. You were sitting on the couch singing your song and clapping your hands. I know if you could have, I’m sure you would have gotten up and did a little dance. >
Your presence was always felt by those who had the opportunity to be around, even though you didn’t say a word, you would light up the room and make people smile. >
Roberta calls your name; you are deeply missed. We will never get to hear “Johnny Boy’s” songs and remind me that you are no longer with us. >
Your memory will never fade although today we say our farewells. “Johnny Boy,” you will be FOREVER missed but memories of you will last always. — Damekia
