Jeanne Sullivan Romine, age 78, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026, in Delta, PA.
Jeanne was born in Maryland and was the daughter of the late Thomas Leo Sullivan and Mary Margaret (Leimkuhler) Sullivan. She grew up in Bel Air, Maryland, alongside her siblings and was affectionately known as “one of the Sullivan twins.”
Jeanne proudly dedicated 36 years of service at Aberdeen Proving Ground (TECOM). She lived a full and active life, keeping herself busy with many interests and hobbies. She especially enjoyed basket weaving, photography, and golf. A true lover of the beach, Jeanne maintained a second home on Fenwick Island for over 40 years, where she spent many cherished moments.
In addition to her parents, Jeanne was preceded in death by her brother, Patrick Sullivan.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Melanie and devoted son in law (David) Webb; grandchildren, Colin Webb and Hannah Webb; great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Elkins, Aria Morgan, and Colson Webb; sisters, Esther (Dick) Streett and Margaret (Peg) S. Lucas (Buck Young). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins of Harford County.
