Jeanne E. Carter

Jeanne E. Carter, age 88, of Bel Air, MD passed away on July 14, 2017 at her home 52 East Broadway Bel Air MD. Born in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of Robert and Helen MacCord and wife of the late Warren Grover Carter. The Carter family and the family of Ralph and Jean Durham moved to Harford County in the 1960's from the outskirts of Washington, DC and remained close friends until death. Jeanne worked as a cashier at Safeway in Bel Air. She attended Calvary Baptist Church and enjoyed bowling at Bel Air Bowl. She was the last surviving child of 9 children. During retirement, she and her husband moved to Florida.

Mrs. Carter is survived by daughter, Laura J. Seubert (Joseph) of Bel Air; three sons, Warren G. Carter Jr. (Marie), Everett H. Carter (Rita) and Richard A. Carter; grandchildren, Nicole J. Criss, Joseph M. Criss, Timothy Carter, Natasha Carter, Jade Redding and Andrew Carter; great-grandchildren, Justin Kirsch, Joshua Place, DaQuan Byrd, Jayden Redding, Raheem Redding, Tylicia McNeil, Conner Carter, Ashley Henry; very close nephew, Louis Hoff; Lisa and John Maffei along with close family friend, Joe Orr .
