James Blum

James Blum, age 74, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on February 11, 2021 at Franklin Square Hospital in Rosedale, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Benedict and Agnes (Spencer) Blum. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served his country during the Vietnam War. James was a Journeyman Machinist working for CSX Transportation for 29 years retiring in 2009.

James is survived by his wife of 42 years, Helen Blum; daughter, Marie Blum and husband, C.J. Capizzi; grandchild, Catena Capizzi; brother, Benedict Blum; and also survived by a large extended family and many friends.
