Jacqueline (Jackie) Ruth Phillips, age 81, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026, in Bel Air, Maryland.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Jacqueline was the beloved daughter of the late James Robert Phillips and the late Ruth Esther (Price) Phillips.

Jackie will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends for the life she shared with those closest to her. She is survived by her son, James Sullivan; and best friend Paige.

Jackie will be remembered for her love of Angels and of course the color purple. She was gifted when it came to her crafts, diamond painting, quilling, jewelry making and more but she will be remembered the most for her contagious, uplifting personality, her positive attitude and forgiving nature.
