Helen L. Kendall

Helen L. Kendall, age 79, of Aberdeen, MD passed away on March 7, 2014 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace. Born in Boissevain, VA, she was the daughter of the late James William and Iza Mae Huffman Bailey and wife of the late James Burt Kendall. A homemaker, she loved cooking and feeding people, listening to music, watching TV shows and being around babies.

Mrs. Kendall is survived by her sons, Paul E. Catron of Abingdon, George L. Hagy and wife, Barbara of Edgewood and Leo T. Cadorette and wife, Debbie of Delta, PA; daughters, Retha Wheat and husband, Robert of Havre de Grace, Ida E. Smith and husband, Hugo of Ramseur, NC and Theresa E. Caper-Nordell of Aberdeen; brother, Ronald Bailey of TN; sister, Dorothy M. Hicks of FL; 18 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her siblings, William Bailey and Mae Todd.
