On Wednesday, August 15, 2012, Helen Gerry Tharp of Jarrettsville, Maryland. Wife of the late Roy Layton Tharp, mother of Nancy Troyer and Robert (Bob) Tharp. Also survived by 2 grand children and 5 great grand children. Visitation will be Sunday, August 19, 2012 from 7-9 PM from the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084. Funeral service will be held Monday, August 20, 2012 @ 1:30 PM from the funeral home. Interment in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, Maryland 21014.
