H. Clayton Bower

H. CLAYTON BOWER, age 95, of Edgewood, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on August 21, 2003. Born in Floyde County, Virginia, he was the son of the late Phillip Henry, Sr. and Lida V. Bower, and the husband of the late Libby Hall Bower. He had retired after 49 years of service as a fabricator for Bethlehem Steel.

Mr. Bower is survived by two nephews, Ken J. Bower and his wife, Shirley E. Bower of Edgewood; Phillip J. Bower, Sr. of Havre de Grace; and many other great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to his parents and his wife, Mr. Bower was predeceased by two brothers, Phillip H. Bower, Jr. and Jack E. Bower.
