Gregory Allan Buchanan

Gregory Allan Buchanan, age 69, of Edgewood, Maryland, passed away on October 22, 2024, at AccentCare at Franklin Square in Rosedale, Maryland. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, Gregory was the son of the late Philip “Rufus” Buchanan and Betty (Harris) Miller and the beloved husband of the late Paula Kuhn.

Known to many as a DJ at G 103 at the Clubhouse, Gregory was truly the life of the party. He loved to dance and made everyone around him feel welcomed and at ease with his warm spirit and infectious joy. His love for his family was undeniable, and he never missed an opportunity to show it.

Gregory was a passionate car enthusiast, particularly fond of driving his "Bugatti"—his cherished 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He also had a gift for detailing cars, always ensuring they looked their best.

To his family, he was not only a loving figure but also a man of humor and heart, often saying, "I love you like a fat guy loves cake."

Gregory will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Gregory is survived by his brother, Philip Buchanan of Joppa, MD; daughters, Rita Glover of Essex, MD, Tanya Buchanan of Edgewood, MD, and Tiffany Buchanan; grandchildren, Neyah, Noah, Nykell, Kyleigh, Kaiden, and Khaadir; he is also remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. 

Gregory was predeceased by his step father, Samuel Miller
