Greg Lassiter

November 17, 1978 — April 20, 2012

Gregory Scott Lassiter, 33, passed from this world on April 20, 2012. He was the beloved son of Ann Lassiter of Bel Air and David and Judy Lassiter of Rising Sun. He is survived by brothers David Lassiter Jr. of Tucson, Arizona and Christopher Lassiter of Bel Air. He was the very special uncle of Alexis Lassiter of Rising Sun, MD.

Greg was born at the Air Force Hospital in Wiesbaden, Germany on November 17, 1978. He traveled to many locations in the United States and in Europe as the family relocated due to his father's military career. He loved music in all forms, especially the Beatles, and was an accomplished guitar, bass and harmonica player. While hospitalized at the Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, just prior to his passing, he brought smiles to many visitors by playing the piano in the lobby.

Greg had a quick, easy smile and will always be remembered as a free spirit who willingly gave to anyone and everyone.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Joseph Richey Hospice, 838 North Eutaw Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
