Frederick William Baldwin IV

The loving, caring, laid back, independent and protective father Frederick William Baldwin was born on December 18th, 1969 and unfortunately and tragically left us on June 12th, 2024 at the Upper Chesapeake Hospital. He will be loved and missed by sooo many people. He was born in Japan on an Army base to Frederick and Dale Baldwin. He attended Milford Mills High School and was in the graduating class of 1988.

He was a service advisor at Al Packers White Marsh Ford and had been in the car industry his whole life. He loved cars and working on them. He also loved going to concerts. Purple was his favorite color.

Frederick is survived by his daughter, Kennedi Jordan Baldwin who was his whole world. All he ever talked about was having her and how he couldn’t be more proud. He is also survived by his son, Timothy Foran; and his sister Pamela Lynn Simper-Baldwin.
