On Monday, December 10, 2012, Franklin Kent Lowe, Sr. of Katy, Texas, formerly of Jarrettsville, Maryland. Husband of Jean Kid Lowe, father ot Franklin Kent Lowe, Jr. daughter in-law, Joanne P. Lowe, and Debra Lowe Woolworth and son in-law Brian B. Woolworth. Grandfather to Blakely Coleman Lowe and brother to Richard B. Lowe. Visitation will be Saturday, December 15, 2012 from 2-4 PM - 6-8 PM from the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084. Funeral service will be Sunday, December 16, 2012 at 3 PM from Bethel Presbyterian Church, 4135 Norrisville Road, White Hall, Maryland 21161. Interment in thechurch cemetery.
