Frank B. Miller Sr., born March 13, 1937, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2026, with his wife of 64 years, Eileen, by his side. A man of steadfast service, Frank joined the U.S. Navy on his 17th birthday, serving first from 1955 to 1957, then later from 1985 to 1987 aboard the USS Missouri as a Chief Petty Officer and Boiler Technician. After his military career, he dedicated 31 years to Baltimore Gas and Electric.

Frank was a man of compassion—if he had two dollars, he’d give one away. He loved cars, had a sharp sense of humor, and found joy in helping others. He is survived by his loving wife Eileen, his children Leonard, Kelley, Frank Jr., Patrick, and Todd, and his cherished grandchildren Ashley, Annabelle, Sofie, Brooks, and Trevor. Frank always wanted a big family—and he built one full of love.
