Frank was happiest spending time with his wife, Amber, and their two-year-old son, Frankie, with whom he shared many special memories bonding over cars and trucks, playing in the yard, working on home projects together, and star gazing before bedtime. Frank was loved by all who knew him, and his bright smile will be missed.

A graveside service will be held immediately following at High View Memorial Gardens, 3433 Fallston Rd., Fallston, MD 21047.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to little Frankie’s future.
