Evelyn Ruth Mitchell, age 91, passed away on June 7, 2012 at White Oak Manor in Rock Hill, SC. Born in Harford County, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harry Magness and Clara Pennington and wife of the late Robert Wilson Mitchell. She worked in the insurance business in Aberdeen, MD throughout her career.
