Elmer John Morkovsky Sr.

Elmer John Morkovsky Sr., age 82, of Bel Air, MD passed away on July 30, 2017 at the Gilchrist Center for Hospice Care in Hunt Valley, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Emil and Agnes (May) Morkovsky and husband of the late Jessie "Lenora" Morkovsky. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed crabbing, boating, hunting and gardening. He also enjoyed being with his family, spending time at Taylors Island with his son and watching his grandson play golf.

Mr. Morkovsky is survived by daughter, Mary Ellen Wheeler (James M.) of Jarrettsville; son, Elmer John Morkovsky, Jr. of Bel Air; brother, William L. Morkovsky of Bel Air; sisters, Marie Karl, Florine Bubczyk-Lovell and Alice Mento of all of Rosedale; grandson, Michael J. Wheeler (Rachel) of Reading, PA; and great grandchildren, Lucas B. Wheeler and Nora Lynn Wheeler of Reading, PA.
