Elizabeth Ann Viebrock

Elizabeth Ann Viebrock, age 46, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025, in Joppa, Maryland. Born in San Antonio, Texas, Elizabeth was the beloved daughter of Willard Fredrick “Fred” Passauer II and Kathy Ann (Wink) Passauer.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her brother, Willard “Billy” Passauer III.

She is survived by her daughter, Keely Viebrock; her son, John Viebrock; her mother, Kathy Passauer; and her father, Fred Passauer.and her significant other, Reese Richardson. She also leaves behind her former husband, Christopher Viebrock, the father of her children.

Elizabeth earned her Liberal Arts degree from Sarah Lawrence College, a foundation that led her to a brief career as a middle school teacher.

She carried with her a lifelong love for learning, creativity, and expression. She possessed a deep appreciation for nature and had a wonderfully kind and inquisitive mind that embraced the beauty of the natural world. Music was woven throughout her life; she played the bassoon with the Maryland Youth Symphony Orchestra and cherished the joy it brought her. Elizabeth’s gentle, childlike demeanor and her kindness toward others were at the heart of who she was—qualities that will be treasured forever by those who knew and loved her.
