Elizabeth ''Betty'' Popp

Elizabeth "Betty" Popp, age 73, of Abingdon, MD, passed away on September 4, 2015 at Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Norma (Monroe) Whitmer.

Mrs. Popp is survived by her husband, Robert Edward Popp Sr.; son, Robert E. Popp Jr. and his wife, Ann, of Abingdon; daughter, Kim Popp of Abingdon; grandchildren, Nicholas, Abigail and Matthew Popp; and step sisters, Linda and Fay. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Frank, Janice and Joyce.
