Eileen Frances Koch

EILEEN FRANCES KOCH, age 56, of Forest Hill, died at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on July 29, 2005. Born in Washington, D C, she was the daughter of the late George and Frances Elizabeth Gallagher Clark. She worked as the office manager for Bay Country Packaging, the family owned business. She was a volunteer for CCA, Chesapeake Cancer Alliance 5 years. She was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church. Her family said she was a very proud grandmother, loving mother, and a devoted wife.

Mrs. Koch is survived by her husband of 18 years, William H. Koch, III; her sons and daughters-in-law, Steven and Charlene Morton of Bel Air and Scott and Lisa Morton of Newark, Delaware; three grandchildren, Zachary and Noah Morton, both of Bel Air and Olivia Morton of Newark, Delaware; and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. William H. Koch, II.
