Doris Ruth Seidel Macpherson

DORIS RUTH SEIDEL MacPHERSON, age 85, of Bel Air, died in Gilchrist Center at Greater Baltimore Medical Center on January 30, 2004. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late John Koy McIver and Martie W. Seidel, and the wife for over 61 years of the late Walter Francis MacPherson. She belonged to the choir at St. Francis de Sales and Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Woodlawn. She was a member of Sodality, the P.T.A. and a substitute kindergarten teacher. She also served as a cub scout and a girl scout leader.

Mrs. MacPherson is survived by three sons, Walter G. MacPherson of Yocumtown, Pennsylvania; Robert F. MacPherson of Adelaide, Australia; Michael D. MacPherson of Bel Air; one daughter, Judith E. MacPherson of Arlington, Virginia; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
