Donald Leroy Miller, age 66, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Charles Richard Miller and the late Frances Marlene (Hayes) Miller.

He is survived by his loving sister, Linda Wilson and his brother, Bobby Miller.

Donald dedicated over 30 years of his life working at Laurel Park Racetrack, where his love for horses and animals was well known. He had a deep appreciation for animals and was a devoted animal lover throughout his life. In addition to horses, he enjoyed trucks and cherished the companionship of his beloved cat, Raven.

Donald was also a familiar face at the American Legion, and in Berkeley Spings, WVA where he enjoyed spending time.
