On Monday, February 2, 2015, Donald Melvin Phoebus of Jarrettsville, Maryland. Son of the late Charles Melvin Phoebus and the late Katherine Frances Goodwin Phoebus. Wife of Ruth Naumann Phoebus; father of Charles Richard Phoebus; Laura Lee Riley; also survived by grandchildren- David Phoebus; Danielle Phoebus; Austin Phoebus. Visitation will be held Friday, February 6, 2015 from 2-4 PM - 7-9 PM at the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 2 PM at the Salem Lutheran Church, 3825 Norrisville Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084 In lieu of flowers:
