Donald Lee Greenfield

Donald Lee Greenfield, age 86, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

Born in Maryland, Donald was the beloved son of the late Howard H. Greenfield and Mary Viola (Riley) Greenfield. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Clarence Greenfield, Kenneth Greenfield, Stanley Greenfield, and Albert Greenfield.

Donald was the devoted husband of Rosa Lee (Moxley) Greenfield, with whom he shared 63 loving years of marriage. Together, they enjoyed traveling extensively, spending many years journeying up and down the East Coast from Maine to Florida, as well as taking two memorable trips to California.

A proud United States Navy veteran, Donald was a machinist by trade and the owner and operator of Quality Machine Company for 58 years. He grew up on his family farm in Joppa and took great pride in his deep roots, often sharing that his family had been established in Maryland and Harford County for more than 300 years. Donald also enjoyed Bluegrass music.

Donald enjoyed trapshooting, participating in a bowling league, and especially going out to eat with family and friends.

In addition to his loving wife, Donald is survived by his children, Kenny Greenfield, Sandy (David) Gibson, and Tommy (Darlene) Greenfield, and his cherished granddaughters, Katie Gibson, and Allie Gibson. and his beloved grand puppy, River.
