Dolores E. Nies
February 2, 1930 — November 3, 2017
Dolores E. Nies, 87, of Elkton, MD passed away on November 3, 2017 at Calvert Manor Healthcare Center in Rising Sun, MD. A homemaker, she enjoyed traveling and spending time at Rehoboth Beach.
Dolores is predeceased by her parents Hugh and Marie (Farber) Eagan and loving spouse Henry "Bud" Nies; and survived by children Gary M. Nies of Elkton, Mark (Prisca) S. Nies of Zimbabwe Africa , Ronald (Lydia) Nies Sr. of Baltimore, Donna Foard of Abingdon and Barbara (Danny) Jackson of Baltimore; brother, Eugene Eagan; 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 50, Memphis, TN, 38101.
