Diane Gunther

We are sad to announce the passing of Diane Elizabeth Gunther, age 76, of Jarrettsville, MD on August 6, 2023, after a long battle with cancer.

Diane was born on December 15, 1946, in Baltimore, MD. She was the daughter of the late Maurice and Elizabeth Mattheu and the oldest of ten children. Diane was retired from the Harford County Public Schools and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Diane is preceded in death by daughter Debby; brothers Maurice, Bernie, & Joseph; and sister Susan.

Diane is survived by her beloved husband Don; children Shelley, Kim, and Kenneth; and grandchildren Logan, Tayler, Paige, and Samantha.

A very special thank you to the angels at the Kaufman Cancer Infusion Center, the Immediate Care Unit on the second floor at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, The Bob Hooper Home, and Dr. Min for their loving support and care.
