Dennis Franklin Hagner

Dennis Franklin Hagner, 80, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

Born in Baltimore, Dennis was the son of the late Russell Ensor Hagner and Audrey Matilda (Catterton) Hagner. He honorably served his country in the United States Army.

Dennis was a man of many interests and talents. An avid guitarist and lifelong music lover, he found great joy in sharing and creating music. He was also an enthusiastic amateur HAM radio operator and enjoyed spending time tinkering with computers—always eager to learn, create, and explore new technologies. Above all, Dennis cherished his family. He and his wife, Patricia Hagner (Beadenkopf), shared 57 years of marriage and a deep, enduring love.

Dennis is survived by his devoted wife, Patricia; his daughters, Holly (Anthony) Mainolfi and Melodie (Tobin) Hagner; and his beloved grandchildren, Tressa Salava, Paige Arnold, Faye Arnold, and Alex Mainolfi. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Diane Hagner.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM at McComas Family Funeral Homes in Bel Air. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the  Wounded Warrior Project or Tunnels to Towers in Dennis’s memory.
