Deborah Ann Stemmer

Deborah Ann (Manfra) Stemmer, age 74, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025, in Bel Air, MD surrounded by her family.

Deborah was born in Baltimore, Maryland. She was the beloved daughter of the late Frank A. Manfra, Sr. and Bernice E. (Frentz) Manfra.

She was the devoted wife of Thomas H. Stemmer and a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, godmother and friend. Deborah lived a life rich in love, always putting her family and friends first. To her, family and friends meant everything, with her granddaughter holding an especially cherished place in her heart. She will be fondly remembered for her sense of humor and for her exceptional cooking that brought family, friends and even random strangers together. Deborah created countless cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by her brother, Frank A. Manfra, Jr.

She is survived by her children, Stacy E. (Randy) Gossman, and Scott C. (Chastity) Stemmer, her granddaughter, Paityn E. Gossman; her siblings, Fred C. (Marlene) Manfra, and Jennifer E. (Robert) Oliverio, along with extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
