Debbie Dollie Rutherford, 56, of Havre de Grace, Maryland, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026, in Rosedale, MD. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Debbie was the beloved daughter of the late Elmer E. Barker and the late Delsie D. (Hamrick) Barker. Debbie enjoyed going to yard sales, auctions, and antique stores, always searching for unique treasures and hidden gems. She loved music and especially enjoyed attending concerts whenever she had the chance. Debbie is survived by her loving family, including her son, James Rutherford and his wife, Alisha; her granddaughter, Vivian Rutherford; her brothers, Michael, and Timothy Barker; and her sister, Shirley Watson.
