David Melvin Wessel

David Melvin Wessel, age 76, of Conowingo, Maryland, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2024, at Sterling Care Forest Hill in Forest Hill, Maryland.

Born in Maryland, he was the beloved son of Daniel and Doris Wessel.

David was a devoted father and took great joy in being active with his three sons, sharing their love for baseball and paintball. He was a dedicated Coin collector, finding joy in the history and artistry of coins. David had a passion for Westerns, spending countless hours watching them and building an impressive collection of Western novels.

He is survived by his loving sons, Matthew Wessel and his fiancé Kristy, Christopher Wessel, and Brian (Ginger) Wessel; cherished granddaughter, Jada Wessel; caring sisters, Debbie, and Denise and previous spouse Beverly Wessel.
